Yes, you have questions and we will answer them but, first, here is one for you!
Who is placing the guest book, favors, linens, chair covers, programs, bubbles, lanterns, rose petals, pew decor, candles, etc., etc., etc., while you are getting your hair done, having make-up applied, getting dressed and taking photos - WE ARE!
Because....we know that your bridal party doesn't want to - they want to hang out with you and get dressed up. Your groom is off golfing, hunting, fishing, playing cards (and he can't be trusted to do it right anyway), your mom is making sure there are bagels and coffee for everyone and cleaning her house. The grooms parents? They are picking up everyone from the hotel or getting Grandmother from the nursing home. We know what you are going through. We have been there too. So, yes, my dear - we do "Day Of" coordination. And we are at your service.
We prefer to call this service Wedding Day Management. We consider it "Month Of" because we prepare a month in advance for your event. I will go through the process with you here and even better - there is pricing below!
First, we meet with you to get copies of your contracts and list the scheduled services in order to create a wedding day timeline.
The week before your wedding we meet again to double check all of the information and to make any changes or additions. Once everything is complete - we confirm your vendors for you.
Two days before your wedding we provide you with a schedule of the days events. This will include when the bride should: shower, eat, have her hair done, get dressed, when photography is to be done, when she should begin her travel to the ceremony, etc. The Groom, Bridal party and Parents will have one too!
The day of your wedding, we meet the first vendor by arriving 30 minutes prior to their arrival. We supervise and coordinate all vendors and direct them as to where they need to be do get their work done. A staff member will assist with any set up to ensure it is done absolutely on time. They will place items that you have selected (i.e.: unity candles, pew bows, programs, florals, etc.) in their proper locations. Once the ceremony location is complete, our staff will proceed to the reception location to set your seating cards, light candles, place favors, menu cards, decor, speak with DJ about timelines, etc.. We then regroup and await your arrival. We bustle your gown (did I mention that we can go with you to your final fitting to get solid instruction?) and line you up for the introduction. After that - it's all fun, fun, fun!
Notes: We ALWAYS have two staff members supporting your event. We want to be sure the bases are covered and assist you completely prior to your wedding ceremony. We order lunch or snacks for you, run small errands and make sure the groom is getting ready when he needs to be. We also bring an emergency kit with lots of forgotten items as well as a fabric steamer.
We are available for your entire day as we only book one event per day. We do not double book a day - EVER. We want to be available to you completely and not watching the clock.
We never have a package plan but, because we are typically hired for Wedding Day Management in 5, 8 or 12 hour blocks of time we decided to post these rates to help you decide which will work best for you. We have a 5 hour minimum for Wedding Day Management.
An estimation of 5 hours is typically from the first vendors arrival (could be your photographer or rental company) until your introduction at your reception. The fee is $530.00.
An estimation of 8 hours of service would bring you to around your first dance or right after dinner service. That fee is $850.00.
12 hours of service is when we would assist you through the entire reception. The fee is $1,275.00. BUT, remember, there is usually someone that assists you from the reception facility and we don't want you to spend double for the same accomodation. So, think twice about selecting this option.
I hope this has helped you and we look forward to making your wedding day as stress free as possible! That sounds cliche but really - you just breeze through the pre-wedding chaos without a care in the world! Of course, if you have other questions please feel free to contact us by hitting the button above! Talk to you soon and please, try to escape from your gigantic wedding binder or tote bags full of swatches and notes! You've done the planning, now it's time to enjoy what's left of your engagement!
