We start the month before your wedding and even include rehearsal coordination!
On the day of the event, we set your ceremony & reception locations, place linens, books, favors, light candles, etc., coordinate and supervise your vendors, provide event direction, manage the timeline and resolve any issues that may arise.

We do the running around while you are pampered, relaxed and actually enjoying your event!

For the gal who wants it all! This all-inclusive option provides extensive ceremony and venue searches, vendor research, appointment scheduling, budget management, contract negotiation, wedding day management and much, much more!

Your wedding coordinator should make your wedding planning simpler for you - not take over your plans! We love the ideas you've put together and want to help you succeed at making it all happen. Even if you don't know where to begin - we will help get you started and follow you through to the end of your event. Always within your budget, always with you in mind and never for our bottom line.
What you can expect:
We will save you time searching for the right vendors, save you money by applying special planner discounts, relieve frustration by handling planning issues that may come your way.
We will always take your call . If we can't answer personally - we will return your phone call within 4 - 24 hours. We know you may have changed your plans, need immediate advice or are having wedding nightmares! We understand what you are going through and have the experienced answers to ease your mind.
NO HIDDEN FEES - ever! We never charge for sending a letter, a fax or make a phone call on your behalf. We don't charge for gas, we will never charge for tolls and certainly not parking.
We will find you the best vendors your budget can afford. If we've got a vendor you'll love but they are not within your budget - we'll tell you and let you decide whether to hire or not.
You control your cash. You will always sign the contracts and make out the checks. You are in complete control. We will remind you when payments are due and keep track of who's been paid. We'll even make cash payments on the day of so you don't have to - receipts are always provided for cash payments to vendors.
We will give you honest advice - Sometimes we'll tell you the things even your best girlfriend won't tell you.
We will never accept commissions or kick-backs of any kind - from any vendor. You can trust that we are always working for you and your benefit only.
